Signia Pure Charge&Go MaX Price: What It Costs by Tier and What the Lab Found
Prices by tier from ZipHearing, what year two adds, and HearAdvisor's lab scores for Signia's 2026 behind-the-ear aid.
If you reach ZipHearing through my links and complete an action on its site, such as submitting a form, I earn a $50 referral fee at no extra cost to you. I earn nothing from hear.com or Costco, and my links to them are plain links. I haven't worn this aid; the lab scores are HearAdvisor's, not mine. Prices and terms below were read from each company's own pages in October 2026 and can change.
What It Costs
The MaX comes in three technology levels, and the number after the name is the tier, with 7 the highest. These are ZipHearing's listed prices per pair, read on October 14, 2026.
| Model | ZipHearing's label | Price per pair |
|---|---|---|
| MaX 7 | Premium | $3,598 |
| MaX 5 | Advanced | $2,998 |
| MaX 3 | Mid | $2,698 |
The price includes a year of local follow-up. ZipHearing's model page says the first year of fitting, programming and follow-up care is included and appointments after that are $65 each. It also confirmed to me by email on October 7, 2026 that a hearing test can cost up to $150, credited if you buy, and custom earmolds are $50 each. The model page lists a 45-day risk-free trial and a 3-year warranty.
ZipHearing's page for the MaX was published August 27, 2026, so it is new. That matters for evidence: there are no customer ratings yet, and the lab has one set of scores to go on.
What the Lab Measured
HearAdvisor scored the Signia Pure Charge&Go MaX 4.3, Grade A. It is a 2026 release, and the lab page I read shows no percentile badge, so I don't quote one. HearAdvisor's comparison page doesn't name which tier it tested, so don't assume the 3, 5 or 7 matches.
| Fit | Speech in Quiet | Speech in Noise | Own Voice | Music | Feedback |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Initial (out of the box) | 3.4 | 2.1 | 3.7 | 2.3 | 4.6 |
| Tuned (professionally adjusted) | 3.6 | 2.8 | 3.7 | 2.9 | 4.6 |
Own voice is the MaX's best number, 3.7, and the lab flags it as 1.00 above the category average. Tuning is what lifts speech in noise, from 2.1 to 2.8, which is above average but only mixed in absolute terms. Feedback handling is 4.6 either way, and music streaming is 2.9. Quiet speech is 3.6 tuned. It is an even, not a standout, set of scores.
How It Compares
At $3,598 for the top tier the MaX is $1,000 below the Reveal 1 and the EON Sphere, which scored 5.1 and 5.0. What the extra $1,000 buys in the lab is noise performance: tuned speech in noise is 2.8 here against 3.3 on the Reveal 1 and 4.5 on the EON Sphere. In exchange the MaX's own-voice score (3.7) is higher than either. For the Costco alternative, see the ZipHearing, hear.com and Costco comparison. The Costco Rexton scored 4.6 at about $1,600 a pair (Costco's listing starts at $1,599.99; confirm the exact model at the warehouse).

- Which tier is this quote for, and does the cheaper tier lose features I'd actually use?
- Which MaX tier did HearAdvisor test, and can you show me what changes between that tier and the one you're quoting?
- Do you run real ear measurements at the fitting?
- What does a visit cost after the first year, a hearing test, and custom earmolds if I need them?
- If I'm in noisy rooms a lot, what will you change for that?
